1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Margazhi Information Technology Services (“Margazhi”, “we”, “us”) handles information you provide through this website. We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiry, and nothing more.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The service you’re interested in, your estimated budget and any features you select
• If you request a callback, the time of day you would like us to call
• Any project details you choose to share in the message field

We do not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it before any such tool goes live.

Two small third-party requests do happen. Fonts and icons load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which receives your IP address as part of that request. On the contact page, to pre-select the country code for the phone field, your browser makes one request to Cloudflare’s public trace endpoint (cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace), which receives your IP address and returns your country; we do not receive or store your IP address or location. That request is skipped if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, or if you have already chosen a country. If you choose a country code, your browser remembers it locally (in localStorage) so the form can pre-select it next time; it is not sent to us.

3. How we use information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a project moves forward, to communicate about that project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain a business relationship, and delete them on request.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing contact@margazhitech.com.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. Material changes will be reflected with an updated “last updated” date above.
