Business systems & ERP
Inventory, billing, accounts and operations in one system instead of five spreadsheets. We set up and customise the platform, or build it from scratch when nothing off the shelf fits.

ERP, apps, automation and cloud — one team from idea to launch.
Small and mid-sized businesses in manufacturing, services and trading.
A new software company that would rather show working software than talk about it.
Margazhi builds ERP and business systems, web, desktop and mobile apps, SaaS products and AI automation — one team that sees it through from idea to launch.
Margazhi is a month in the Tamil calendar, traditionally a season of music, art and quiet discipline — work done carefully rather than quickly. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
We are a young software company. We have built ERPs, desktop software, a GST billing app and company websites for real businesses, and we are building from there.
More About Usarrow_forwardYou talk to the people doing the work. No account managers relaying messages.
We build what the problem needs, not what pads a portfolio.
We are new. We would rather earn trust with real work than fake a track record.
We think about who maintains it in a year, not just what demos well on day one.
With AI in the toolbox we can take on most things. These are the ones we are hands-on with.
Inventory, billing, accounts and operations in one system instead of five spreadsheets. We set up and customise the platform, or build it from scratch when nothing off the shelf fits.
Websites, web apps, desktop software and mobile apps — built with the framework that suits the job, not the one we happen to like.
Got a product idea? We help you shape it — what to build first and how it should work — then build and launch it. We also build SaaS products ourselves and hand them over to clients.
Take the repetitive work off your team: messages, documents, follow-ups, reports. We use AI where it is dependable — extracting, sorting, summarising, replying — and keep a person in the loop for the rest.
Getting software live and keeping it live: servers, domains, backups and monitoring, on the platform that fits your budget.
Keep what you have built safe and running: security reviews, backups, monitoring and ongoing support, so small problems get fixed before they become big ones.
Real projects for real businesses. Some are live — open them and have a look.

An ERP for a computer and IT services business, replacing scattered records with one system.
A web-based GST billing application with its own sign-in, built for a textile client.
Mainly Electron, React, Vue and Astro, with Frappe, Odoo, n8n and the major clouds. Using AI, we can pick up whatever else a project needs.
A call or visit to understand how the work actually happens today, and where it hurts.

You see working software early and often, and talk directly to the people building it.
Deployment, data move-over and training for your team.
Fixes and changes after launch, on a simple monthly plan or by the hour.
Production, stock and billing for people who make things — including GST-ready invoicing.

Tell us how your business works — we will learn it properly before we build anything.
Six areas: business systems and ERP (Frappe, ERPNext, Odoo and custom builds), web, desktop and mobile apps, product and SaaS development, AI and automation (n8n, WhatsApp, Telegram), cloud and hosting, and security and managed IT. We are a software company, so if your project is software but not on that list, ask — we will tell you plainly whether we can do it well.
Yes — most of our work is for small and mid-sized businesses. We agree the price in writing before work starts, and we are used to clients who have never commissioned software before. We will explain choices in plain language.
Fair question. Open the live projects on our Works page, and ask to speak to the people who built them. You will deal directly with the people writing the code, and we agree scope, price and timeline in writing before work starts. If you would rather test us first, start with a small, well-scoped project.
Yes — that is a common starting point. We help you work out what to build first, what a useful first version looks like and what it will cost, then build and launch it. You do not need a finished specification to talk to us.
Yes. We build SaaS products — accounts, subscriptions, admin and the rest — and hand them over to the client, with ongoing support if you want it. How the product, its code and its hosting are handed over is agreed in writing before work begins.
The people doing the work. There is no layer of account managers relaying messages, so questions get answered quickly and nothing is lost in translation.
We list the features you need, rate each one by effort — Quick, Core, Module or Platform — add a small base for setup, testing and deployment, and send one written quote with a timeline. You see exactly what each feature costs before we start.
SME work usually starts from a short feature list, with simpler scope and support over phone and WhatsApp. Enterprise work gets a full written scope, milestone payments and email support with agreed response terms. The sizing method behind both is the same.
Typically part of the amount upfront (around 40–50%) and the rest in milestones as you see working software. The exact split is written into your quote.
Yes. Send us your feature list, even roughly, and we will size it. Any figure at that stage is a starting point; the exact price comes after we understand how your business works.
No — domains, cloud servers, SMS or WhatsApp provider fees and similar services are billed at cost, so you are never paying a mark-up on someone else's price. We tell you the expected amounts in the quote.
Yes. We do setup, customisation and custom apps on both, and we plan the move of your existing data. If a lighter tool would serve you better than a full ERP, we will say so.
Yes — data move-over is part of launch planning. How long it takes depends on how clean the existing data is, so we look at a sample early and tell you what to expect.
Yes. Typical jobs are order or payment notifications, enquiry follow-ups, report delivery and moving data between tools. WhatsApp has provider rules and per-message costs, which we explain before building.
Yes, it speeds up our work, and people review what it produces. In the products themselves we use AI for well-defined jobs such as sorting messages, pulling data from documents and drafting replies, with a person in the loop for decisions that matter.
Wherever suits your budget and needs: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or a VPS. We set up the server, backups and monitoring, and hand you the details.
We stay available. Fixes and changes are covered by a monthly maintenance plan or billed by the hour for small requests. Maintenance is usually a modest percentage of the project value per year, agreed in your quote.
It follows the effort of each feature: a Quick one takes a day or two, a Core feature a few days, a Module a week or two, and a Platform piece longer. Your quote adds these up into a timeline, and we update you as work progresses.
Your data is yours. Ownership of the code and the terms of handover are agreed in writing in the quote, before work begins.
Tell us what you are working on. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.
